The Nominating Committee shall be comprised of at least five (5) Members; one (1) shall be a member of the Board appointed by the President and approved by a majority of the Board; and at least one (1) Member who served on the previous years Nominating Committee. A Chairperson shall be appointed by the Committee at their first meeting to serve a one (1) year term.

The Nominating Committee shall solicit interested candidates for positions on the Board. This Committee shall review the qualifications, motivations, and interests of the prospective candidates, interview all new candidates, and select for nomination one (1) candidate for each available Officer and Member-at-Large position. The selection of nominees shall be presented to the Board and be made available to the membership at least two (2) weeks prior to the annual meeting.
